Hey {{first_name}},

We pulled this week's outliers across every active niche we track, and four formats kept showing up more than once.

Multiple different creators, different followings - all running the same play.

A repeatable format is rarer to find than a single huge view count, and worth a lot more.

Here's what's working right now. 👇

format 1: “job’s not finished“

What it is: you post the video, then you do ONE specific thing in the next few minutes that actually moves the algorithm.

Not "engage with your audience," a literal, nameable action.

top performing videos in this format:

"right after you post your video, your job is not done."

Hook used in this video

His angle: go engage (share, save, comment 5+ words, like, follow) with 5 other viral videos in your niche, right after you post yours.

"don't think posting means your job is done.

no, your job is not done, you just started the job."

Hook used in this video

Her angle: the minute you hit post, give it a minute, then take your post to your story immediately, and engage with all the buttons so TikTok knows you're not a bot.

Build a Holiday Creator Affiliate Program in 90 Days

Creators lock in holiday content calendars 90 days out, before brands figure out commissions. Waiting too long to launch an affiliate program means less runway to build demand and a missed shot at the best partnerships.

The 90-Day Holiday Sprint covers commissions, recruiting, and scaling a program at Day 30, 60, and 90.

Why it works: the algorithm is reading what you do in the minutes right after you post, same as the post itself.

This type of advice typically gets gatekept… so when someone finally names the specific action, it lands like a secret they're handing you.

Naming the exact move is what makes it feel real enough to actually go do.

Specificity beats vague advice, every time.

Steal it:

1. hook: "your job isn't done after you post"
2. name ONE literal action you take in the first 5 minutes after posting
3. say it as a checklist, direct to camera
4. no vague advice, just the specific move

→ Test it today: the next time you post, film yourself doing your actual post-posting move and narrate it as you go.

format 2: “AI tool tier-lists“

What it is: you rate 5-6 AI tools across categories your audience actually cares about (writing, research, building, content, coding, money), bad-good-insane, then gate the full list behind a comment.

top performing videos in this format:

"for writing, THIS is bad, THIS is good, THIS one's great."

Hook used in this video

Then research, building websites and apps, content, coding, making money with AI, each rated the same way.

Closes with this CTA: "follow me, comment 'TOOLS' and I'll send you the full list."

She uses the EXACT 6 categories, the SAME bad-good-insane pattern, the same "comment for the list" close, on two unrelated accounts, near word-for-word.

Building a video as an actual ranking is rare in this space, rare enough that it looks different from the wall of talking-head explainers before anyone even processes what's being said.

(The edge is shape, plain and simple.)

Layer that on a universally-relevant list… everyone wants to know the best tool for writing, for coding, for making money… and a comment-gated payoff, and you get a format built to spread on its own, which is exactly what happened here.

Steal it:

1. pick 5-6 categories your audience actually argues about
2. rate 3 options each: bad, good, insane
3. keep the pacing rapid, one category per beat
4. close: "comment [word] for my full list"

→ Test it today: film your own tier-list across your niche's 5-6 most-argued-about tools or methods.

format 3: “apps I wish existed“

What it is: you narrate building a REAL working app that fixes one of your own annoyances, using an AI coding tool, no traditional coding.

top performing videos in this format:

"I'm building apps that I wish existed, so I turn all my lights into a sunrise to make waking up easier."

Hook used in this video

She is a mindful-alarm app with HomeKit integration, built with Cursor.

But most of what's on screen is her hands adjusting the smart-home setup with the app's own text overlay, her voice narrating over it.

"I'm going to show you exactly how to build your own app inside of Claude Code without writing a single line of code."

Hook used in this video

Names her tool stack outright (Claude Code, GitHub, Vercel), then walks a whiteboard-style breakdown of the build.

Both videos run the same beat-sequence, a real personal need… the tool stack named out loud… then the actual build, shot two completely different ways: hands-and-text-overlay in one, a whiteboard teach in the other.

Her pacing carries this entire video, which means you don't need a specific production style to run this, just a real annoyance and an honest walkthrough.

Steal it:

1. name a real personal annoyance, specific, not generic
2. name your actual tool stack out loud
3. narrate the build step by step, on screen
4. end on the working fix

→ Test it today: pick one small personal annoyance, build the smallest possible app fix with an AI coding tool, film the build.

format 4: “money hacks“ (perfect for UGC creators)

What it is: you recreate a proven-viral YouTube baby-content video using AI video generation, for straight ad-revenue arbitrage.

Wrapped in a from-zero money hook.

top performing videos in this format:

"if I lost everything and I needed $20,000 by the end of the month, this is what I would do."

Hook used in this video

Then the real steps: find a high-view baby show on YouTube, copy the transcript, feed it to an AI tool for a video prompt, generate the clip.

Same hook, same steps, same tool, on two unrelated accounts running the identical script.

The from-zero hypothetical kills every excuse before the real mechanic even gets named, and the mechanic itself is specific enough to feel tested: a named tool, a named dollar figure, a named deadline.

When the exact same words show up twice on two accounts that never talked to each other, that's a BIG outlier signal.

A script already proven to convert… just sitting there, waiting to be copied.

Steal it:

1. hook: "if I lost everything and needed $[X] by [date]..."
2. name the highest-performing sub-niche in your content category
3. name the exact tool you'd use to recreate it
4. walk the actual steps, no gatekeeping

→ Test it today: find the highest-performing sub-niche in your content category, name the AI tool you'd use to recreate it, and walk through the real steps on screen.
