AI research, explained in one morning email
Most of what shapes AI next year is sitting in a research paper today. Keeping up with them is a full-time job, and the abstracts don't help.
TLDR AI is the newsletter that does the translating. Each morning you get the handful of papers worth knowing about, curated by Anthropic and ex-Google engineers, with a plain-English summary of what they found and why it matters.
You come away smarter about AI research in the time it takes to finish your coffee.

Hey {{first_name|there}},
In case you're livin' under a rock…
Fastlane just raised $3.5M to build Claude for Ads.
And their launch video has been all over X since Thursday.
Sure, the demo is wild… you give it your website, and it makes THOUSANDS of ads for you.
But as a MARKETER… I'm more interested in what people are gonna feed it.
Because it launches those ads straight into your Meta account, with your budget behind them. So the stakes are EXTREMELY high.
And I can't help but think about how much of that budget is about to get wasted.
Because most people will just type in their website and let it guess… and guesses are usually weak AF when it comes to MAKING SALES.
But if you feed it ads that are ALREADY selling?
You'd be printing.
Thing is… those ads are sitting in the Meta Ad Library right now, and you can find them in an afternoon.
So I put together a free blueprint for it.
Not Sure What to Believe About AI? Read This.

Most AI news is written to scare you or hype something up. But what if there was a way to get the AI news without the spin?
That's The Rundown. After one week of reading this, you'll know where AI really stands, where it's heading, and how to stay ahead.
🎯 the ad Javvy won't turn off
Javvy's Black Friday ad started running on December 2nd last year… and it was STILL live this week.
So why are they still paying for it?
It opens on the deal: "Black Friday is here and the deals are huge." Then it stacks the offer… up to 58% off plus free gifts.
And that offer is what keeps it running.
So find the same kind of ad in YOUR niche… and remake it for whatever you're putting on sale this month.
🛠️ steal it
Connect Claude to Virlo, then paste this with three brands you compete with:
Use Virlo to pull the live Meta ads from [COMPETITOR 1], [COMPETITOR 2] and [COMPETITOR 3]. Run search_keywords with enable_meta_ads set to true and the brand names plus their product names as keywords. When it's finished, read get_keyword_search_results with data_type "ads" (all pages) and keep only ads from those brands. Rank them by days running and keep the top 10 that have run for 30+ days. For each one give me: 1. the Ad Library link and the days running 2. the hook (first line), the offer and the CTA 3. the format (video, static, UGC or carousel) 4. a remake brief for [WHAT I SELL]: what to keep exactly, and what to swap Never invent a number.
Then you just open Fastlane… drop in the Ad Library link… and it remakes that ad for your brand, in as many versions as you want.
Because now you're not guessing what to make.
📡 or let Virlo find them for you
I pulled these straight out of Virlo's Meta ads data… and inside the app, every marketing agent has a Meta Ads tab that ranks the ads in your niche by how long they've been running.
But hey… people can feed it guesses if they want to. Up to them.
But if you DON'T have budget sitting around to "test" with… then you better make your ad dollars count.
