In partnership with

he built an $18k/mo marketing agent…

Last weekend, Deniz and I hopped on a Slack huddle so he could QA a Claude Code skill I'd been building.

After we wrapped, he stayed on the screen share, and as soon as I caught a glance at his Claude Code session, I saw him crafting a lead magnet on a 6-figure system I’ve seen THOUSANDS of corporate CMOs beg for on LinkedIn.

It's a workflow that not only our team, but all our power-users, and close friends use religiously for marketing.

So you know we couldn’t keep it to ourselves.

And on his screen, mid-call, he was just wiring Claude Code into our live short-form database.

I didn’t wanna miss a thing, so I shot up my fifth espresso of the day, locked in on his screen share and watched him paste 4 TikTok URLs from one of our enterprise clients' niches.

Claude broke down each video entirely - from the visual, text, & spoken hook frameworks, to entire scripts brick-by-brick, and exactly why each one went MEGA viral.

  • No filling in spreadsheets with video data on a Sunday.

  • No need for 50 tabs.

  • And no notes app I'd never look at again.

It took maybe 20 seconds per video.

Let's round it up to 30 seconds to make it more "realistic."

Then I told Deniz to package it into a playbook so any lucky fella reading this right now could just do this themselves. He sent me the draft Sunday night to check the MCP setup wasn't going to break for anyone running it cold.

Now for the actual outcome:

A content-research workflow that took our team 4 hours every Sunday now takes 20 minutes on Monday morning. And the scripts are better, because they're written off data the model can actually see instead of vibes.

But let me ask you a serious question.

Don’t lie to yourself…

Was that a result of Claude having a "smarter" model? A "better" prompt? An "AI agent"?

Nope.

It was simply just a function of one thing every "AI for marketing" tool until now has gotten wrong:

Every single one of them was scraping the caption and pretending it was enough.

But THIS is the data we really want:

  • The speech + visual + text hook in the first 3 seconds.

  • That random scroll-stopping cut at 0:07 buying 5 more seconds of a viewer’s attention.

  • The visual that hits when the creator drops the belief-shifting line.

  • The b-roll that lands on the exact word the comments quote back.

None of which a *caption-scraper* has EVER seen.

So there's only one thing to realize here.

You’ve been lied to.

Yes… by the big-bad gurus of AI automation, who promise you’ll hit $10k months by becoming a “world-class prompt engineer.“

Prompt quality is forced (kinda like a fart turned sh*t.)

Weird analogy I know…

Think about it - you’re trying so hard to make prompts “perfectly utilize context windows” and “execute clear instructions,” when all along your biggest bottleneck was simply realizing this:

The data your AI model can actually see is real leverage.

We just gave Claude a pair of eyes.

btw,

Every AI-marketing tool you've subscribed to in the last 18 months has been a glorified GPT-wrapper secretly profiting off dodgy credit-based systems, and they've been adding "features" all year, but none of them have ACTUALLY helped their users make more money.

So we’re spilling the real sauce below.

here's the setup so you can run it today.

Step 1 - Drop this into your claude_desktop_config.json (Claude Desktop → Settings → Developer):

json
{
  "mcpServers": {
    "virlo": {
      "url": "https://mcp.virlo.ai/mcp?via=organic",
      "headers": {
        "Authorization": "Bearer virlo_tkn_YOUR_API_KEY"
      }
    }
  }
}

Restart Claude and you're wired in.

Step 2 - Paste any TikTok / Instagram Post / YouTube Short URL into Claude and run these 3 prompts in order, one pass each - Takes maybe 60 seconds per video.

Analyze the hook (first 3 seconds) of this video: [PASTE URL]

Give me:
1. The pattern interrupt the hook is using (visual, audio, claim, question, motion)
2. The named hook framework this fits (callout, contrarian, listicle promise, transformation reveal, POV, before/after, or something else)
3. The exact promise the hook makes the viewer that gets them to keep watching
4. A 1-10 score on stop-scroll power, with a reason
5. Three variations of this hook I could test in [MY NICHE]
```
```
Map the beat structure of this video: [PASTE URL]

Output:
1. A timestamped beat sheet (e.g. 0:00 hook, 0:03 setup, 0:07 reveal, 0:12 escalation, 0:20 payoff, 0:25 CTA)
2. The rewatch trigger. What single moment makes viewers loop?
3. The retention spike. At what timestamp does the video re-hook?
4. The likely drop-off points and how the creator fights them
5. A reusable structural template I can adapt to my own scripts
```
```
Analyze pacing and delivery: [PASTE URL]

Output:
1. Cut frequency (cuts per 10 seconds) and what that signals about the target audience
2. The energy curve across the video. Where it peaks, where it dips
3. Audio/visual sync. Is the b-roll reinforcing the script or distracting from it?
4. Speech pattern. Words per minute, pause placement, where emphasis lands
5. The single delivery choice doing the most work, and how to replicate it without copying

Step 3 - For the 7am routine, tell Claude to schedule a daily task that runs the 3 prompts on the top 3 videos in your niche and drops a Slack alert.

Deniz actually packaged that scheduled task + the niche-feed config + the deeper alert wiring into a Notion doc you can reference for the advanced setup.

To run any of this you need a Virlo API key (pay-as-you-go)

Ran a test on one of the biggest fitness-based ecom brands and Claude pulled over 700 viral videos…

5-min setup - just plug the key into the JSON above and you're live.

psstt!

The first marketer we sent it to ran it on his own business’ niche before I'd even asked him for feedback - A 6-figure NYC + Miami agency owner running brand clients like Heineken and Hennessy built a system on top of the same API last year that did 11M views on a single client video in his first month.

Results built by Virlo 😎

He's reselling the workflow to other agencies now.

And yet... here you are, struggling to make your first $10 - $100k with simple but effective Claude workflows.

There’s no better time than now to be a marketer - we’re literally living in a gold rush.

Craft your shovels and start diggin’.
